Tai Chi Chuan – Harmony of Movement and Martial Art
Tai Chi Chuan, also known as Tai Chi, is an ancient Chinese practice that combines meditation in movement, harmony of body and mind. Although it is often associated with gentle, fluid movements that promote health, balance and relaxation, Tai Chi Chuan is also a powerful martial art in its essence.

Tai Chi Chuan Training and Courses
I offer comprehensive Tai Chi Chuan training, both for beginners and for those who want to explore more advanced aspects of this art. The program of classes includes:
-> Teaching basic Tai Chi forms that improve balance, concentration, strength and endurance
-> Workshops on combat applications, which allow you to understand how each movement can be used in self-defense.
-> Pair exercises, such as Push Hands, developing body awareness and reflexes.
-> Group, corporate or institutional courses tailored to the needs of participants (more information HERE).

Combat Aspects of Tai Chi
Speed and agility: Although Tai Chi forms are performed slowly, in combat these movements can be dynamic and lightning-fast, allowing for effective defense or counterattack.
Neutralization of Force: Tai Chi teaches how to take the opponent’s force and direct it in a way that destabilizes them. Instead of applying force against force, Tai Chi focuses on softness, flexibility and reflexes.
Combat applications: Each of the movements performed in Tai Chi has its combat application – from throws, through dodges, to precise strikes. Regular practice allows you to understand these techniques and use them in a dangerous situation.
Join and discover the harmony of movement and the power hidden in gentleness.
Allow yourself to go on a unique journey that combines martial art, health and spiritual development.
