
ABOUT ME
My name is Mateusz Kajnath, I am a graduate of the Medical University of Gdańsk in the field of physiotherapy. Personal development and continuous acquisition of new skills are of great importance, which is why I am still involved in training in the field of physical rehabilitation. In my work, I use techniques taken from therapeutic methods such as pinotherapy, IASTM, dry needling or myofascial therapy. In addition to running a private practice, I work in the Warsztat Terapii Zajęciowej, where I conduct physical rehabilitation classes for people with moderate and significant intellectual disabilities. I am the co-author of the book “Moje Tai Chi”, and other publications on the subject of health and Tai Chi Chuan. Combining my knowledge of physiotherapy, functional training (CrossFit, Kettlebell, calisthenics) and Chinese martial arts (Sanda, Kung-Fu, Tai Chi Chuan), I create individual training plans that help:

- Improve coordination and agility
