Self-Defense – Practical Training for Everyone
Effective self-defense begins with simple, natural movements. This is exactly what our training is based on, incorporating elements of Sanda (Chinese boxing) — a system that develops coordination, dynamics, reflexes, and self-confidence. It is an ideal form of activity for those who want to combine practical self-defense techniques with improved physical fitness and mental balance.
What will you learn during self-defense training?
- Learning simple and effective punches, kicks, and combinations derived from Sanda,
- Pad work and partner drills to develop precision and reflexes,
- Self-defense techniques and responses to the most common threats,
- Strength and coordination exercises based on natural movement patterns.
Why train self-defense based on Sanda?
Combining the dynamics of Sanda with practical self-defense principles allows you to quickly develop:
- Confidence and composure under stress,
- The ability to make split-second decisions,
- Control over your body and emotions,
- Agility, strength, and overall physical condition.
This is training that shapes both the body and the character — teaching determination, calmness, and effective action in dynamic situations.
