World Tai Chi Day | 21 III 2026
Behind us is an intensive Chen Tai Chi marathon: Lao Jia Yi Lu, held in celebration of World Tai Chi Day at Park Millenium Gdańska.
For 120 minutes, participants practiced the form without breaks, developing fluidity of movement, endurance, and mindfulness. The event provided an opportunity to deepen understanding of the sequence and experience Tai Chi as meditation in motion.

Foundations of Conscious Movement – Chen Style Tai Ch | 14–15 III 2026
The workshop “Foundations of Conscious Movement – Chen Style Tai Chi” attracted great interest and brought together a group of participants interested in Tai Chi and mindful movement practice.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to the basic movement principles of Chen Style Tai Chi, focusing on stability, balance, and fluidity of movement. It was an opportunity to experience calm, attentive practice and learn the foundations of this traditional Chinese art of movement.
Thank you to everyone who participated and shared this practice together. More Tai Chi workshops and regular classes at my Tai Chi and SanDa school are planned in the future.

Ba Fa Wu Bu Sequence Workshop | 14–15 June 2025
An intensive workshop focused on the Ba Fa Wu Bu sequence.
During the training, we concentrated on the structure of the form, proper body mechanics, and smooth transitions.
Participants learned the technical foundations and practical applications of the movements, gaining a deeper understanding of the logic behind the sequence.

Summer Sanda Training | July–August 2025
During the summer, we trained Sanda in a dynamic and energetic style.
The focus was on striking techniques, kicks, distance management, and safe sparring.
Despite the relaxed summer atmosphere, the sessions were intensive, and participants noticeably improved their skills.
Summer training proved to be an excellent way to develop abilities and maintain fitness throughout the season.
