ABOUT ME

My name is Mateusz Kajnath — I am a physiotherapist and an instructor of Chinese martial arts. I graduated from the Medical University of Gdańsk with a degree in physiotherapy, and for many years, my passion has been conscious movement — movement that not only heals the body but also builds strength, balance, and peace of mind.

In my work, I combine modern physiotherapy with functional training and traditional Eastern methods. I use techniques such as pinotherapy, IASTM, dry needling, and myofascial therapy, which allow me to effectively help people struggling with pain, overuse injuries, or movement limitations.

I am also the founder and instructor of the Tai-Chi & SanDa school, where I teach how to regain fitness, balance, and inner strength through movement. I co-authored the book “Moje Tai-Chi” as well as various publications on health, training, and the philosophy of Tai Chi Chuan.

“In my work, I am guided by the principle that movement is therapy — and properly guided training can be both a healing process and a path to personal development.”
