My name is Mateusz Kajnath — I am a physiotherapist and an instructor of Chinese martial arts. I graduated from the Medical University of Gdańsk with a degree in Physiotherapy, and for many years my passion has been conscious movement — the kind that not only heals the body, but also builds strength, balance, and peace of mind.
In my work, I combine modern physiotherapy with functional training and traditional Eastern methods. I use techniques such as pinotherapy, IASTM, dry needling, and myofascial therapy, which allow me to effectively help people dealing with pain, overload, and movement limitations.
I am also the founder and instructor of the Tai-Chi & SanDa School, where I teach how to regain mobility, balance, and inner strength through movement. I co-authored the book “Moje Tai Chi” and publications related to health, training, and the philosophy of Tai Chi Chuan.
I believe that movement is therapy — and that well-guided training can be both a healing process and a path to personal growth.
I support my clients in:
- eliminating pain and improving movement patterns,
- increasing strength, mobility, and endurance,
- building body awareness and self-confidence,
- finding balance between effort and recovery.
I offer:
- individualized training programs (CrossFit, Kettlebell, calisthenics).
- martial arts and self-defense training (Tai Chi Chuan, Sanda, Kung Fu),
- manual therapy and functional rehabilitation,
