Chen Tai Chi Chuan – Foundations for Beginners
Tai Chi Chuan for beginners is more than calm, flowing movements. It is a comprehensive practice for both body and mind that — although it appears gentle — requires focus, discipline, and effort. In the Chen Tai Chi Chuan style, which I teach, movements combine soft, fluid elements with dynamic sequences that engage the entire body.
My beginner Tai Chi classes are open to everyone — no prior experience or special fitness level is required. Be prepared to move, learn, and feel the effort — and this is where the true value of this traditional practice lies.
